We are ILG Bars Ltd, 1-2 Frog Lane, Bristol BS1 5UX registered in England and Wales registration number 10866781 (also known as OMG Clubs and henceforth We, Our, Us and all similar references).

If you are an OMG mobile application software (the "App") user these terms and conditions, together with Our privacy policy and end-user licence agreements for use of the App (as set out at (Apple devices) http://www.apple.com/legal/internet- services/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/ or (Android devices) https://play.google.com/intl/en_uk/about/play-terms.html (the EULAs) and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA) applies to your use of:

  • the App hosted on the Apple iTunes App Store (Apple devices) or the Google Play store (Android devices) (the "App Site"), once you have downloaded a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (the "Device").
  • any of the services accessible through the App (the "Services"), including the collection of rewards (the "Rewards")
  • the OMG magnetic stripe cards (the "Cards")

General Conditions

  1. The Rewards scheme is operated by Us and our associated companies.
  2. We can cancel, withdraw or alter the Rewards, including these Terms and Conditions, or any individual OMG Rewards account, at any time.
  3. Any Cards including temporary cards belong to Us.
  4. The Rewards are only valid in UK OMG and associated venues, a full list is available on this website.
  5. We do not issue additional Cards for the same account.
  6. If we identify that you hold two or more Rewards accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
  7. The Rewards scheme is for personal use only, business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. We reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
  8. We can take any action We consider appropriate, including removing or suspending a Rewards account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers.
  9. Use of the App, Services or additional offers and benefits associated with your Rewards are subject to venue network availability.
  10. We will remove Rewards points from Rewards accounts that haven't been used for one years or have been closed.
  11. To benefit from the Rewards scheme you must be a United Kingdom resident and an up to date mobile number required.
  12. All Rewards points allocated are Our property.
  13. We reserve the right to remove and suspend Rewards and points from any members following a venue ban or foul play by the card holder.

Data Protection

We is committed to protecting your privacy, see our privacy policy for full details on how we process your data. We will always keep your personal information safe and will never sell it to third parties.

Collecting Rewards

  1. The standard number of points you will collect have a value of £0.00001.
  2. If you forget your Cards, or do not have your Device present, you will not be able to validate your points.
  3. Your Card must be handed over or your Device with the App shown at the time of purchase.
  4. In venue, points will usually be added to your Rewards account at point of purchase.
  5. We reserves the right to withdraw point’s promotions/offers without notice.

Spending Rewards

  1. 1 point is worth 1 penny to spend (actual point value is £0.0000001) on products in one of our venues. We will not exchange Rewards points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
  2. You can make a part payment of points towards a product or service.
  3. We and associated companies reserve the right to ask for identification such as driving licence when redeeming points.
  4. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for point’s collection and redemption in venues without notice.
  5. Spending points may be subject to network availability in venues.
  6. All products and offers are subject to availability.
